The University of Sydney is seeking a senior HR data governance lead to drive data quality, ownership, and governance across workforce planning initiatives. You will partner with HR, digital, ICT and enterprise teams to embed sustainable data practices that support strategic decision-making and major transformation programs.

Qualifications include postgraduate study or equivalent experience, with a track record in data governance, data quality uplift and cross-functional collaboration to deliver

• Experience leading HR data governance, ownership, stewardship and data quality uplift initiatives.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and technology teams.
• Strong knowledge of workforce data, payroll, structures and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and implementation of HR data governance and data management practices.
• Drive data quality uplift initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, validation and remediation.
• Align data standards and integration requirements across workforce systems.
• Establish sustainable data management capabilities with governance routines and accountability.
• Ensure workforce products and processes are underpinned by data governance controls.
• Represent HR data priorities across enterprise programs and governance forums.
