DWP Digital is recruiting a Lead Data Governance Manager to join the Chief Data Office Leadership Team. You will lead governance across a large, complex organisation, shaping data strategy and ensuring data is used ethically, securely and effectively.

You'll influence senior leaders, deliver governance products and services, and build trust in data as a strategic asset while leading multidisciplinary teams and driving continuous improvements in governance services.

Qualifications

Experience establishing and leading data governance frameworks within large organisations.
Ability to balance data value with legal, security and privacy considerations.
Proven track record delivering strategic change with measurable outcomes.
Strong leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of data governance across DWP and its CDO Leadership Team.
Develop governance products, services, policies and frameworks to enable ethical data use.
Influence senior leaders and drive adoption of governance practices across the organisation.
Build trust in data as a strategic asset and improve decision making.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee continual governance service improvements.
