Job summary

Kingston University is seeking an HR Management Information & Systems Partner to deliver a high-quality HR data service. You will improve data accessibility, optimise HR systems, and develop data products to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with HR teams to align with the Town House Strategy and People Plan, ensuring data quality and governance across workloads. This role requires strong BI skills and HE experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data reporting, presentation, and analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• SQL report writing experience and knowledge of Data Protection regulations.
• Experience in utilising and developing HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Support HR teams with access and interpretation of complex data sets.
• Plan and deliver the annual Staff data return, ensuring compliance with changing requirements.
• Continuously improve the People Dashboard report for leadership teams.
• Assist in delivering Public Sector Equality Duty and Pay Gap reports.
• Respond to external requests for HR data.
• Deliver tailored workforce data products to facilitate decision-making.
• Lead as the HR data protection champion and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Develop tools and processes for continuous improvement in HR data management.
