Job summary

Kingston University is seeking an HR Management Information & Systems Partner to provide a leading HR management information service, improving data quality and accessibility, and supporting HR in optimising systems to deliver high-quality data products for strategic decision-making.

The role collaborates with HR teams and stakeholders to enhance data capabilities and align with the Town House Strategy and People Plan, based in Kingston-upon-Thames with a strong focus on data governance and

Qualifications

Extensive experience in data reporting, presentation, and analysis.
Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
SQL report writing experience.
Knowledge of Data Protection legislation.
Experience in utilising and developing HR systems.

Responsibilities

Support HR teams with access and interpretation of complex data sets.
Plan and deliver the annual Staff data return, ensuring compliance with changing requirements.
Continuously improve the People Dashboard report for leadership teams.
Assist in delivering Public Sector Equality Duty and Pay Gap reports.
Respond to external requests for HR data.
Deliver tailored workforce data products to facilitate decision-making.
Lead as the HR data protection champion and ensure data quality and integrity.
Develop tools and processes for continuous improvement in HR data management.
