A leading company is seeking an HR Data Analyst for a temporary role to assist in a critical data migration project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with iTrent and Business Objects, helping ensure data quality and compliance during the transition period. Responsibilities include data reconciliation, report validation, and support for the HR data team as they manage this important transition.

Are you an experienced BI Analyst with strong iTrent and Business Objects skills? We are working with the London Fire Commissioner to recruit a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to support a critical data migration and validation project, involving a transition from Cyborg to iTrent HR systems.
This role focuses on parallel running of both systems, data reconciliation, report validation, and supporting the HR data team with technical expertise to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Build, validate and reconcile HR and organisational structure reports between Cyborg and iTrent.
Support the HR Data Team in developing Business Objects reports and running SQL queries.
Troubleshoot anomalies in data and escalate inconsistencies for resolution.
Assist in creating a new suite of audit and validation reports for iTrent.
Ensure high data quality and maintain structured documentation of processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting needs and successful go-live.Skills & Experience:
Proven experience working with iTrent data at an advanced level, especially HR and Position Management.
Strong working knowledge of Business Objects and Microsoft Excel.
Experience performing data validation and reconciliation in a parallel run setting.
Ability to manage data anomalies and deliver accurate, high-quality outputs.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Desirable:
Working knowledge of SSRS, Power BI, and SQL reporting tools.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and data protection best practices.
