I am currently assisting a well-known Financial Services brand in recruiting an experienced HR Data Analyst for their HR team. Reporting to a Lead HR Data Analyst, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in Data Analytics within a people-centric business. This is a newly created role to support the company's growth and change, and you will be joining at an exciting time!

Must Come from an HR Background

Experience working with Workday would be highly beneficial. Due to managing change, you must be confident working with large data sets in Excel; therefore, strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

The company has a policy of four days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR through the accurate management and analysis of employee data. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Data interrogation and reporting
2. Improving data efficiency
3. Assisting with projects such as HRIS transformation
4. Process improvement
5. Ad-hoc reporting
6. Administrative support
