Job summary

Talent International is seeking an Administrator in Newcastle on a hybrid basis (3 days on site) for an initial 8-month engagement. The role focuses on maintaining HR information within a large internal system, with emphasis on accuracy and data quality across high volumes.

You’ll update ServiceNow data, apply metadata, and ensure information is correctly categorised while supporting busy delivery periods. Experience with HR systems and structured databases is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative background with large datasets or databases.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with structured HR systems, case management, or content platforms.
• Able to manage multiple updates at pace.

Responsibilities

• Update and quality-check information within ServiceNow
