Job summary

Morgan Philips Group is recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a leading organisation on a 6-month temporary contract. This role involves delivering high-quality HR services while supporting employees and managers with various HR queries. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with HR systems such as ServiceNow.

The position is primarily remote with approximately 1-2 days per week onsite in Reading. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR or HR administrative role.
• Strong experience using HR systems, ideally including ServiceNow.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in data entry and handling large volumes of information.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated with good planning and organisational skills.
• Active SC Clearance.
