Job summary

Mayborn is seeking an HR Systems & Reporting Administrator to join our Newcastle HR Administration team. You will manage HR technology, data governance and reporting across multiple countries, ensuring accurate data and timely processes.

You will develop dashboards and insights, partner with stakeholders on system updates, and support payroll inputs. A data-driven mindset and experience with HRIS and BI tools are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1 year experience in HR Operations or HR Analytics.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with ability to turn data into clear management information.
• Hands-on experience administering or supporting multiple HR systems such as core HRIS, recruitment, learning or performance management.
• Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI or Tableau) to create engaging reports and storytelling.
• Strong operational/administrative capability with focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Structured, deadline-driven work style with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion handling sensitive/confidential information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders across functions.
• Proactive in continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle and core HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary administrator for HR technology to ensure accurate data and efficient processes.
• Enhance HR processes using existing and new technology for better reporting and user experience.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on system implementations and updates.
• Own internal and external people reporting with governance for robust analytics.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and insights to support leadership decisions.
• Build monthly/quarterly leadership reporting packs with key people metrics.
• Support Payroll inputs and ensure timely payroll processing across multiple countries.
• Assist HR budget management and liaise with Finance to control variances.
• Document HR processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR Operations.
