Job summary

Akkodis is recruiting for a Senior ServiceNow Project Manager to lead HRSD and HR transformation programmes in the UK. You will own end-to-end delivery, including planning, governance and delivery assurance, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with senior client stakeholders.

Hybrid role with travel to client sites; salary up to £90,000 plus bonus and extensive benefits. The position offers significant visibility and progression into programme leadership within our ServiceNow

Qualifications

• Experience as ServiceNow Project Manager or Delivery Lead in consulting or complex enterprise environments.
• Delivery of HRSD or HR technology transformation programmes.
• Experience with large-scale HRSD/HRIS implementations.
• Strong end-to-end project delivery experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and employee lifecycle.
• Experience managing budgets, governance, RAID, resources and delivery plans.
• Comfort working with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• Ability to bridge business, HR and technical teams.
• Consulting, communications and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• We lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow HRSD and HR transformation programmes.
• We own project planning, governance, budgets, resourcing, reporting and delivery assurance.
• We manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies across complex programmes.
• We coordinate functional, technical, business and third-party teams.
• We work directly with senior HR, technology and transformation stakeholders.
• We lead steering meetings, project ceremonies, workshops and programme updates.
• We manage scope, timelines, commercials and competing stakeholder priorities.
• We support programme mobilisation and the transition from sales to delivery.
• We work alongside ServiceNow architects and consultants on high-level solution and design discussions.
• We help ensure new solutions are adopted and embedded within the organisation.
• We contribute to proposals, bids and the continued development of the wider ServiceNow practice.
