You will handle HR administration, recruitment support, onboarding, payroll assistance, and employee relations, while contributing to a growing organisation with training opportunities and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role.
• CIPD qualification is beneficial but not essential with study support available.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administration support across the business, including personnel records and HR databases.
• Assist with recruitment processes from job posting to offer management.
• Support onboarding for new employees.
• Maintain employee files and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Monitor employee absence, holidays and sickness; support performance management.
• Assist with employee relations matters as needed.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Assist with payroll administration.
• Provide general HR support and guidance to managers and staff.
