Job summary

FY Recruitment is seeking an HR Coordinator to join a small, collaborative HR team in London. You will own generalist HR tasks across onboarding, recruitment, records, compliance, payroll, learning and development and more.

This hands-on role offers CIPD study sponsorship and a chance to grow within a friendly financial services environment. The role features a hybrid pattern (4 days in the office, 1 day at home) with a salary of £38,000–£42,000 plus fantastic benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or coordination.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with HR systems such as Staffology or similar is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the employee lifecycle from onboarding to probation.
• Support recruitment and collaborate with hiring managers and agencies.
• Act as a first point of contact for HR queries; maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Support benefits and payroll administration.
• Coordinate learning and professional development activities.
• Assist with HR compliance and regulatory processes; contribute to reporting.
