Job summary

HCRG Care Group’s People Team in Runcorn is seeking a HR Coordinator to join our ASKHR team. This role offers a great entry point into HR with full training and flexible hybrid working across locations nationwide.

You’ll support day-to-day HR queries, policy compliance and standard processes such as payroll administration and TUPE while benefiting from eLearning and career development opportunities with our Outstanding Learning & Development team.

Qualifications

• Triaging calls and emails to resolve colleague queries.
• Providing helpful and professional advice to colleagues.
• Delivering a high standard of service to stakeholders across the organisation, including members of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Supporting key HR processes such as payroll administration, compliance monitoring (in line with CQC standards), and TUPE processes.
