Nammos London is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support the HR Manager and management team in a fast-paced luxury hospitality setting. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, records, payroll support and HR documentation to ensure a smooth employee journey from start to finish.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication and discretion with confidential information, plus experience in HR administration within hospitality. CIPD qualification or study is desirable.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our growing team and support the day-to-day operation of our HR department.

About the role

Working closely with the HR Manager and management team, you will play an important role in ensuring our employees have a smooth and well-organised experience throughout their journey with Nammos - from recruitment and onboarding through to their day-to-day employment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting recruitment, interviews and candidate communication.
• Coordinating new starter onboarding and ensuring all documentation is completed.
• Supporting Right to Work checks and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Preparing HR letters, contracts and other HR documentation.
• Maintaining our HR systems and personnel files.
• Supporting monthly payroll preparation and employee changes.
• Assisting with holiday, absence and employee records.
• Responding to day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers.
• Supporting investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes from an administrative perspective.
• Coordinating training and maintaining training records.
• Supporting HR audits, compliance and GDPR requirements.
• Assisting the HR Manager with HR projects and employee initiatives.

About you

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and genuinely enjoys working with people.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in an HR administration or HR coordination role.
• Good knowledge of basic UK HR practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A professional, approachable and positive attitude.

Experience within hospitality, restaurants, hotels or another fast-paced environment would be an advantage.

CIPD qualification or studying towards CIPD would also be desirable.
