You will provide HR advice, support clients on employment practices, mentor managers, and help implement practical HR tools. Travel to client sites will be required as needed, with potential hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' HR experience across employment law and employee relations.
• CIPD-qualified or working towards CIPD qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discreet and highly professional with confidentiality.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and travel to client sites.
