Job summary

Broadgate in Edinburgh is seeking an HR Consultant to join our hybrid team. You will support clients across sectors with day-to-day HR, employee relations, and employment legislation, while developing your advisory skills through client projects and policies.

With 2+ years HR experience and a willingness to travel to client sites, you will work alongside Senior Consultants to build confidence, ownership, and practical consultancy capability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ HR experience with knowledge of employee relations and employment legislation.
• Ideally CIPD experience or qualification.

HR Consultant – Edinburgh | Hybrid | Client-Site Travel | £30,000–£32,000 + Benefits

Ready to broaden your HR experience? If you have 2+ years’ HR experience and want to move into consultancy, this is an opportunity to work with different businesses, build your confidence as an HR adviser and develop your career.

You’ll support clients across a range of sectors with day-to-day HR, employee relations, employment legislation, policies and people projects. The variety means you’ll gain exposure to HR challenges you may not encounter in an internal role, while building strong client relationships along the way.

You’ll work closely with experienced Senior Consultants, giving you the support to develop your consultancy skills while taking ownership of your own work.

What we’re looking for

• You’ll have 2+ years’ HR experience, a good understanding of employee relations and employment legislation, and ideally some CIPD experience or qualification.
• We’re looking for someone who is confident communicating with people, organised, practical and keen to keep developing their HR career.
• A full driving licence and access to a car is essential due to client-site travel.
