Commonwealth Of Virginia is seeking an HR Client Partner (Recruitment Support) to serve as a front-line HR professional. You will provide full life cycle recruitment and onboarding support for assigned departments, advise hiring managers, and ensure accurate hiring transactions in HR/HCM systems.

The role requires strong communication, ability to manage multiple recruitments, and adherence to HR policies across employment categories.

Competenze

• Working knowledge of full life cycle recruitment, selection, pre‑employment and onboarding practices.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitments and competing priorities in a high-volume HR environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with hiring managers, applicants and staff.
• Independently coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities through to completion.
• Ability to apply HR policies, procedures and regulations across employment categories.
