Sr engineering design & consultancy ltd is seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to head the HR and talent acquisition functions in the United Kingdom. You will lead recruitment from posting to onboarding, oversee HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft and Taleo, and supervise ATS tools to optimise processes and the candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HR or recruitment functions.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and ATS technologies.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams to success.
• Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to apply data-analytic methods to HR metrics and insights.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes from posting to onboarding.
• Manage and optimise HRIS platforms to ensure data quality and efficiency.
• Supervise ATS tools to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Lead HR staff and collaborate with management on strategic HR initiatives.
• Analyse personnel data to forecast staffing needs and plan resources.
• Develop and communicate HR initiatives, policies and recruitment metrics.
