Job summary

Headliners Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its global People team. This hands-on generalist role blends end-to-end recruitment with HR operations and lifecycle support, partnering with managers across the UK and abroad to attract talent and deliver a high-quality employee experience.

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and able to balance recruiting priorities with HR duties, contributing to engage teams and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Experience in HR, People or Recruitment advisory roles
• Knowledge of UK employment law and best practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: advertising vacancies, screening applications, coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with clear, proactive communication across the recruitment journey.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand requirements and enable informed hiring decisions.
• Coordinate and develop the work experience programme and international recruitment support.
• Provide administrative support for visa applications and global recruitment.
• Act as first point of contact for HR policies and employee queries; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding: offers, contracts, inductions, leaver admin.
• Deliver engaging new starter inductions and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support payroll with accurate employee data and timely updates.
• Assist with employee relations cases and documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support wider People team with guidance and cross-functional projects.
• Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
