Rolls-Royce is seeking a Case Manager in Derby to provide expert HR case management guidance to senior leaders. The role supports Early Conciliation and tribunal claims, drives timely resolutions, and ensures policy compliance.

You will use Workday and other IT platforms to manage end-to-end processes and deliver insights and improvement plans. The position is Derby/Hybrid with a minimum of three days on site per week, offering opportunities to lead across HR processes, with a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or HR discipline or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in managing tribunal claims, discipline, grievance, and conflict issues.
• Case management experience and ability to guide leaders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and support disciplinary hearings under the Disciplinary Procedure and support People Leaders with grievances.
• Support people leaders with conflict issues and drive speedy resolutions.
• Help manage end-to-end tribunal claims and early conciliation requirements.
• Train, support, and guide leaders in all aspects of Case Management.
• Produce trends and analytics for HR across business areas.
