Job summary

HR Download is seeking an experienced HR professional to support a portfolio of clients with high-quality advice and end-to-end employee relations casework. You’ll onboard new clients, guide managers through complex situations, and balance client needs with commercial priorities across multiple sites.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with strong UK employment law knowledge. The role offers 32 hours per week across Holmes Chapel and client sites, with 25 days holiday, TOIL

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing employee relations cases independently.
• Experience in a client-facing or fast-paced HR environment.
• Strong UK employment law knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering day-to-day HR support.
• Lead ER casework (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance).
• Advise managers with clear, practical and commercially sound guidance.
• Support onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking.
• Support business development activity and client relationships.
