The successful candidate will oversee casework, attendance management, organisational change, and job evaluation while supporting senior management in strategic HR initiatives and service delivery.

• Broad experience in a HR Advisory role including supporting and advising on a wide range of employment issues such as disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and bullying and harassment
