Qualifications

• Several years’ experience as an HR generalist in a commercial setting.
• Experience in leading employee relations cases.
• Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection legislation.

Responsibilities

• Consult with companies to understand commercial needs and diagnose issues.
• Handle employee relations cases independently.
• Review engagement surveys and other metrics to identify improvements.
• Coach line managers on HR policies and practices.
• Support workforce planning and change management.
