Job summary

Insight Select Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (Change Management) for a 90-day engagement. The role is fully remote and focuses on partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategies and organisational development.

The ideal candidate will have commercial HR experience, strong change management credentials, and the ability to coach senior leaders while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a commercial environment.
Strong track record delivering change management and culture initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead and support organisational and cultural change programmes.
Provide expert HR advice and challenge on complex people matters.
Support workforce planning, employee engagement and organisational development.
Coach and develop managers and senior leaders.
Identify and manage people-related risks, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.
Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team to deliver an effective HR service.
