As HR Business Partner, you will serve as the key HR contact, providing professional, accurate, and high-quality advice and guidance to your service area. Your responsibilities include supporting line managers through all stages of case management processes such as attendance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, hearings, and employment tribunals. You will establish and maintain effective working relationships and develop an understanding of business needs to identify opportunities for improving HR processes, policies, procedures, and systems.
