As HR Business Partner, you will be the key HR contact, providing professional, accurate, and high-quality advice and guidance to your service area. This includes supporting line managers at all stages of case management processes, including attendance management, disciplinary, grievances, hearings, and employment tribunals. You will establish and maintain effective working relationships and develop an understanding of business needs to identify opportunities for improving HR processes, policies, procedures, and systems.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with comprehensive knowledge of employment law and its practical applications. You will have extensive experience in a generalist HR position, providing insightful professional support, advice, and guidance on HR matters. Strong communication and consultation skills are essential, with the ability to build relationships with senior managers, trade unions, and colleagues. You should be CIPD Associate Level 7 working towards Chartered Membership.
