Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Stirling Council. This role is based in Stirling (Hybrid) and offers a salary of £44,562 - £47,265. As an HR Business Partner, you will be the key HR contact, providing professional advice and guidance to your service area, supporting line managers with case management processes, and developing effective working relationships to understand and meet business needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality HR advice and support to managers and staff.
  2. Support case management processes including attendance, disciplinary, grievances, hearings, and tribunals.
  3. Develop understanding of business needs to improve HR processes, policies, and systems.
Qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and practical HR applications.
  • Extensive experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong communication and consultation skills.
  • CIPD Associate Level 7, working towards Chartered Membership.
