We're looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join the Oakland Care People Team as HR Business Partner! Our ideal candidate will be a generalist HR professional, providing advice and support in all areas of People Management—from Employee Relations to Wellbeing. You will work with the Director of People and Organisational Development to ensure the successful delivery of the People Strategy. The role covers four areas: Enfield, Head Office, Harpenden, and Oxfordshire, with the expectation that you will be onsite at each location at least once a week. Travel expenses are paid.
Location: Regional role – onsite at each home once a week (travel expenses paid)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £46,800 per annum plus £3,000 car allowance
Contract: Permanent
