Job Title: HR Business Partner - INSIDE IR35
Our client, a fast-paced organization, is recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join on a 3-month basis. The role involves supporting the HR team with various HR activities, working on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the division's business, people, aspirations, challenges, and strategic objectives, focusing on current and future talent needs (internal and external).
- Implement recruitment, performance management, succession planning, talent management, and organizational development to enhance HR processes.
- Lead the organization through transformational change related to people, ensuring a consistent and effective approach to improve efficiency and engagement.
- Collaborate across the HR function to develop relevant HR initiatives and deliver HR services seamlessly to employees and managers.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients at all levels of the organization.
- Utilize data to generate insights that inform proposals and influence people-related decisions to address business challenges or opportunities.
- Stay informed about external market trends and incorporate learnings into internal practices.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in international matrixed organizations within fast-paced, dynamic sectors, with a proven track record.
- Solid understanding of all HR disciplines as a Business Partner.
- Experience supporting leaders and partnering across cultures in complex, international environments, including virtual relationship management.
- Ability to translate strategic people requirements and regional contexts into actionable plans that engage the wider business.
- A practical HR professional capable of handling both strategic and operational HR matters, building relationships with key stakeholders.
- A business-savvy HR specialist with experience in transformation and change management, demonstrating agility and viewing talent strategy as a driver of business success.
- Approachable, innovative, and proactive in streamlining processes and leveraging technology for automation and scalability.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced, and unpredictable environments with diverse workloads.
- Confident in challenging perspectives while maintaining credibility, and skilled in managing difficult conversations.
