A leading food and beverage company in Buxton, England is seeking an HR Business Partner. The role involves shaping HR plans, advising leaders, and fostering a strong employee relations climate. Ideal candidates will have HR experience in manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team at the Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages factory site in Buxton Derbyshire. This important position will also play an integral part of the Factory Leadership Team.
The main purpose of this role is to work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders, and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of Nestle UK&I. Operating as the HR expert, to advise, guide and support Leaders by developing and delivering the people strategy for the business.
