A leading construction firm in Watford is seeking an HR Associate to manage HR queries and the employee lifecycle. The role involves handling employee relations, compliance with HR practices, and supporting onboarding processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR with a strong emphasis on customer service, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
