Job summary

McGeoch Technology Ltd., based in Birmingham City Centre, is seeking an HR Assistant to join our growing HR team. You will support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to leavers, and help maintain accurate records and HR data.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will coordinate recruitment, organise interviews, assist with policy development, and help implement a new HR system and e-learning platform while ensuring day-to-day HR tasks run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Significant level of experience in an administrative role.
• Experience in a confidential and legally compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle administration under the HR Manager.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and organise interviews for shortlisted applicants.
• Assist with HR policy development and project coordination for HR systems.
• Maintain employee records and organisational charts (hard and soft copy).
• Handle general HR enquiries from internal and external customers and support payroll coordination.
