As an HR Assistant, you will be part of the HR team and act as a liaison 'on the floor' across departments, serving as a point of contact between department managers, team leaders, the entire HR team, and our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct employee consultations independently, including advising and informing employees and handling documents.
  2. Manage organizational tasks related to shift and deployment planning in operational areas.
  3. Prepare and deliver data timely for processing by the central payroll team.
  4. Create statistics and personnel analyses.
  5. Handle various administrative tasks, such as maintaining work time accounts, coordinating employee appointments, and managing tickets.
  6. Participate in and implement personnel projects and processes.
Qualifications
  • Experience in HR, employee relations, or payroll.
  • Advanced German language skills in speaking and writing.
  • Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders, including colleagues and managers.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.
  • Experience with onboarding new employees and related administrative tasks.
  • Basic understanding of employment law and HR/payroll practices.
