University of Oxford in Oxford is offering an Apprentice Grade 01A-1 role within the Medical Sciences Divisional Office. This apprenticeship spans two years, combining in-house training with day-release or distance learning to achieve a Level 3 CIPD qualification.

You will support the employee lifecycle, handle routine HR queries, and contribute to recruitment and staff development in a busy HR team, with most on-site work and a hybrid option.

Formación

• Educated to GCSE standard (English and Maths grade 4 or above) or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service and recruitment administration support.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll processes.
• Assist with recruitment administration and induction activities.
• Support compliance checks and monthly HR reporting.
• Collaborate with the Divisional Academic HR Manager and HR Officers.
• Build strong relationships with HR team and stakeholders.
