Job summary

Medik8, based at the Innovation Centre in Aylesbury, is offering a hybrid role with travel to our London Head Office. You will support Learning & Culture activities, recruitment coordination, and HR communications, while completing a CIPD HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship over 18 months.

The role reports to the Talent & Culture Manager and lies at the intersection of HR administration and people development, with broad exposure to workshops and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience: No prior HR or L&D experience required; potential, curiosity, and passion for building a career in People & Culture are valued.
• Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4, including English & Maths.
• Technical Knowledge: None required.
• You will be supported with a CIPD HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship and gain exposure to HR processes and internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Learning Platform management: log attendance, schedule workshops, create e-learning modules, collect learner feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding reviews and surveys, track completion and probation milestones.
• Assist with company culture initiatives and ED&I events.
• HR Administration & Internal Communications: compile monthly starter/leaver reports, monitor HR inbox, maintain HR workflows.
• Recruitment Coordination: support advertising vacancies, schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, assist with offer administration.
