Airbus Operations Limited in Filton (Bristol) is offering a 3-year HR apprenticeship with a CIPD Level 5 qualification path. You will rotate across HR functions, support employee relations, and work with digital tools to improve HR processes while earning a salary.

The programme runs for 3 years with a full-time salary and extensive on-site training at the Filton site, including exposure to Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Compensation and Benefits teams.

Qualifications

• Three A Levels at grade B or above with Business Studies.
• GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent in English and Maths.
• Willingness to undertake CIPD qualification through the apprenticeship.

Responsabilités

• Support HR business partners in managing employee relations and performance.
• Assist digital transformation efforts to streamline HR processes.
• Contribute to recruitment campaigns and candidate onboarding.
• Participate in culture change and employee engagement initiatives.
