Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Advisor to join the EMEA Sickness & Accommodations team in London. You will provide expert guidance and end-to-end case management across sickness absence and reasonable adjustments, partnering with Global HR, Occupational Health, and payroll teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting employee-facing HR processes via phone, email, or case management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage sickness absence and workplace accommodation cases from intake through resolution.
• Advise employees and managers on policies, processes and available support options.
• Assess complex employee situations and determine actions and escalation pathways.
• Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and follow-up activities.
• Support employees returning to work after absences.
• Facilitate workplace accommodation requests and reasonable adjustments.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement effective workplace solutions.
• Maintain accurate case records in HR systems.
• Process HR transactions and payroll inputs accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality service meeting service standards and productivity measures.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the employee experience.
