Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an International Benefits Associate within Human Resources to help shape the Company’s benefit offerings for the EMEA region. The role focuses on governance, strategy, and data analysis to ensure competitive programs across 60+ locations and approx. 125,000 employees globally.

You will partner with regional teams to review location benefits, prepare costed proposals, and support governance and audit activities. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with pension and benefits programmes, ideally in strategy design or consultancy.
• Strong team player with organizational and project management skills for a high-paced environment.
• Analytical problem solving with attention to detail and data-driven conclusions.
• Effective communicator able to translate data into clear narratives.
• Flexible across locations and cultures with eagerness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Review location benefits strategies and analyze programs vs market data.
• Prepare costed proposals for leadership presentations.
• Coordinate team project management across the EMEA region.
• Provide analytical support and manage governance and data-driven oversight projects.
• Support pensions, benefits and wellness teams with inquiries and governance activities.
