JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an International Benefits Associate to support the benefits offering across the EMEA region within the Human Resources function.

You will help shape benefits strategy, coordinate governance projects, and drive data-driven insights to inform senior leadership decisions. The role involves collaboration with colleagues across global locations and requires strong project management and analytical abilities, with a focus on pension and benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with pension and benefits programmes, ideally in-house or consultancy.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical problem-solving with attention to detail and data-driven conclusions.
• Effective communicator who can translate analyses into compelling narratives.
• Flexible, collaborative, and able to work across locations and cultures.

Responsabilités

• Review location benefits strategies and benchmark against market data and firm philosophy.
• Prepare costed proposals for senior leaders on new or enhanced benefits.
• Coordinate governance and project management across the EMEA region.
• Provide analytical support and lead data-driven oversight exercises.
• Respond to employee queries about programs and offerings.
• Support pension and benefits governance projects and related papers.
