Formación

• Previous HR experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage workload independently.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Support the delivery of the firm's HR strategy.
• Provide guidance on HR policies to line managers.
• Manage employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory leave legislation.
• Collect and prepare monthly payroll information.
• Update employee relations trackers.
