Job summary

Chase & Holland Recruitment Ltd is working with a Lincolnshire-based not-for-profit organisation seeking a competent HR Advisor in Scarborough. You will provide expert advice on employment matters and lead ER casework within the HR team.

You'll support line managers, contribute to HR policies, and help drive continuous improvement with data reporting and training support. The role offers a supportive environment and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• CIPD desired but not essential.
• Relevant Level 3 qualification.
• Experience in a similar HR role and with HR systems.
• Ability to lead or assist in concluding casework.
• Ability to build working relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coaching managers by providing effective advice and guidance on how to fairly manage their staff ensuring this is in line with the organisation's values, good practice and employment law
• Providing a dedicated approach to manging an ER case load from commencement to conclusion
• Supporting across all areas of the HR team to ensure effective outcomes
• Contributing towards the development of the HR policies, practices and procedures within the organisation, inclusive of review, planning, implementation and consistent application
• Participating in the initiatives which will contribute towards improvements across the organisation
• Producing management information and data from the HR systems and other management systems for reporting purposes
• Assisting with induction and other development programmes, presentations and training delivery
• Analysing and interpreting data to identify patterns, trends and potential actions, ensuring continuous improvement
