Job summary

Happy Raspberry Ltd in County Fermanagh is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our established HR Team, supporting a workforce of 800+ employees.

You will provide operational HR advice to managers and staff, support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, advise on employee relations, ensure policies are applied fairly, maintain accurate HR records and reporting, and assist with HR systems rollout and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous generalist experience in a HR Department.
• Good knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Strong IT skills, including experience using HR systems and producing accurate reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Advise managers on employee relations matters including attendance, conduct, capability, grievances, probation, and performance management.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation are applied fairly and consistently.
• Maintain accurate HR records and provide timely and accurate HR reporting.
• Support training and development initiatives, including Apprentice and Graduate programmes.
• Assist with the implementation and roll-out of HR systems and platforms.
