Job summary

Happy Raspberry Ltd in County Fermanagh is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its HR Team, delivering operational HR support across a workforce of 800+ employees.

You will advise managers, assist with recruitment and onboarding, manage employee relations, ensure compliant HR policies, and maintain accurate HR records and reporting. The role also supports training and Apprentice/Graduate programmes and contributes to HR system implementations.

Qualifications

• Provide operational HR support to managers and employees.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
• Advise on employee relations including attendance, conduct, capability, grievances, probation and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied fairly.
• Maintain accurate HR records and provide timely HR reporting.
• Support training and development initiatives, including Apprentice and Graduate programmes.
• Assist with the implementation and roll-out of HR systems and platforms.
