A leading company is seeking a qualified HR Advisor to support employee life cycle processes and provide guidance on best practices. As HR Advisor, you will support key stakeholders with policies and procedures on a day-to-day basis across the employee life cycle, underpinned by the Company’s culture and values. Your main duties will include supporting line managers with guidance on best practice talent acquisition, management, and development, including line manager training, while supporting case management of employee relations and note-taking during formal flexible working, probation, and absence review meetings, including consultations. This is a development role for a qualified CIPD Level 5 HR Advisor, with a collaborative, resilient, and resourceful approach, seeking to expand their knowledge, skills, and experience in the health space. It is a hybrid part-time position, during core hours over 5 days, based at our Twickenham site, with potential for ad hoc travel to the London Victoria office.
Salary & Benefits: Annual Salary - £32,800 pro rata; Bonus subject to company performance; 25 days annual leave plus public holidays (UK); Enhanced pension scheme; Life Insurance; Benenden Healthcare; Season Ticket Loan.
Work Arrangements: Permanent, part-time (24 hours/week), ideally split across Monday to Friday, with flexibility to split hours across 3 or 4 days. Office-based with hybrid working; attendance at Twickenham office at least four days per month, potentially increasing based on team needs.
