Job summary

Line Up Aviation is looking for a HR Advisor to join on a 12-month contract at Stevenage, with 3-4 days on site. You will support the site HR team, collaborating with HR Management, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on a range of HR activities and projects.

You will handle onboarding, payroll support, recruitment coordination and employee relations, while supporting day-to-day HR tasks. BPSS clearance is required before starting.

Qualifications

• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse client groups.
• Experience in a similar HR role within Defence or Manufacturing/Engineering.
• Ability to prioritize and manage own workload.
• Experience working in a large organisation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative, operational and project support to HR Business Partners & the wider UK HR team.
• Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on day-to-day HR activities as required by HR leads.
• Administrative support to onboarding, induction and exit processes.
• Support immigration and global mobility processes.
• Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding logistics.
• Day-to-day time, attendance and payroll support.
• Support disciplinary and grievance processes as required.
• Assist with HR events, meetings and room bookings.
