Belcan in Stevenage is seeking an HR Advisor to join the HR team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. The role is full-time, on-site with occasional hybrid working, and involves supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and wider HR teams to deliver broad HR activities, ensuring accurate data, smooth onboarding, and effective employee support.

Responsabilités

• Provide HR administrative, operational and project support to HR Business Partners and the wider HR team.
• Offer guidance and support to employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters.
• Support onboarding, induction and employee exit processes.
• Assist with immigration and global mobility activities.
• Support recruitment processes and hiring activities.
• Provide time, attendance and payroll support.
• Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits and HR events.
• Manage HR data, reporting, audits and surveys.
• Coordinate long service award processes.
• Support various HR projects and business initiatives.
