Job summary

Mach Recruitment Ltd is seeking an HR Advisor for a multi-site FMCG client in Leicester. The role provides generalist HR support to site management and HR teams, handling maternity/paternity guidance, risk assessments, and disciplinary procedures.

Key duties include absence management, KPI maintenance, community engagement, and contributing to site culture and employee engagement. The ideal candidate has HR experience in fast-paced environments and strong IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced environment (manufacturing or logistics).
• IT literate, especially Word and Excel.
• Able to work as part of an HR and onsite team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible to take on new tasks and projects.
• Experience dealing with Employee Relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support to site management and HR teams.
• Advise on maternity, paternity, risk assessments and disciplinary procedures.
• Assist with absence management and absence meetings.
• Maintain KPI trackers and engagement initiatives for the site.
• Engage with the local community to promote the company as a local employer of choice.
