Job summary

Mach Recruitment Ltd is seeking an HR Advisor for a multi-site FMCG client in Leicester. The role provides generalist HR support to site management and HR teams, handling maternity/paternity guidance, risk assessments, and disciplinary procedures.

Key duties include absence management, KPI maintenance, community engagement, and contributing to site culture and employee engagement. The ideal candidate has HR experience in fast-paced environments and strong IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced environment (manufacturing or logistics).
• IT literate, especially Word and Excel.
• Able to work as part of an HR and onsite team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible to take on new tasks and projects.
• Experience dealing with Employee Relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support to site management and HR teams.

Our FMCG client is looking to recruit a permanent HR Advisor (multi site) at their Leicester based site. The purpose of this role is to provide generalist HR support to the site management and HR teams.

Role -

• Providing advice on HR topics such as maternity, paternity, risk assessments, disciplinary procedures
• Absence management, supporting the management team with absence meetings
• Maintaining KPI's
• Identifying ways to engage with the local community, promoting the company as a local employer of choice
• Contributing to the site culture and employee engagement

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates with the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Experience in a similar position within a fast-paced environment (manufacturing or logistics)
• IT literate, especially in Word and Excel
• Able to work as part of an HR and onsite team
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
• Flexible to take on new tasks and projects
• Demonstrative experience of dealing with a range of Employee Relations related issues
