Job summary

Loom Talent are partnering with a fast-paced blue-collar organisation with sites across the East Midlands. This role sits in a close-knit team supporting busy business units.

You will provide practical HR advice, coach line managers, manage a busy employee relations caseload, and support the full employee lifecycle. The role is hybrid with 4 days onsite and 1 day from home, based near Leicester.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating at HR Advisor level with a focus on employee relations.
• Ability to commute to Leicester and comfortable being onsite at least 4 days a week.
• Experience working in a busy, fast paced blue-collar organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, sound HR advice and coach line managers on best practise.
• Management of a busy ER caseload, partnering closely with key stakeholders.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, contributing to day to day HR activities, projects and initiatives.
• Be proactive and ensure policies and procedures are up to date and fit for purpose.
