Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor on a fixed-term contract based near Meriden, West Midlands. The role covers the full employee lifecycle and leads a major TUPE transfer project, with broad HR support across the business.

You will partner with managers and employees on a wide range of people matters, applying UK employment law and best practices. The position offers hybrid working and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Previous HR Advisor or generalist HR experience.
• Strong TUPE experience including consultation and transfer activities.
• Solid employee relations knowledge and handling complex cases.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate TUPE transfer activities for a smooth transition.
• Provide expert advice on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
• Support organisational change, restructuring and redundancies.
• Coach managers on HR policies and employment law.
• Manage family leave and flexible working cases.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting using HR systems.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver HR service.
